Mizhnarodnyi Vodnyi Forum «Iaremche 2026»

Today, January 28, forum participants are discussing financial and economic challenges, prospects for attracting private capital, and restoring urban life support systems.

The forum has become an important platform for dialogue between representatives of the authorities, international organizations and business, who jointly form strategies for the development of Ukraine's water infrastructure.

The panel discussion featured Kateryna Gula, expert on regulatory issues of the Association "Ukrvodokanalekologiya" and deputy director of the Institute of Public Infrastructure (IPI).

In her speech, she emphasized the need to improve legislative mechanisms and adapt Ukrainian standards to international requirements, which is key to attracting investment and sustainable development of the industry, as well as the corporatization of utility companies in the context of preserving human resources, and also commented on the legislative provisions on the revaluation of municipal property during corporatization.

The forum continues its work, bringing together experts and partners to find solutions for the future of Ukraine's water infrastructure.

Tomorrow, January 29, Olexander Kravchenko, Director of the Institute of Public Infrastructure and Head of the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage, will speak, sharing his vision of adapting Ukrainian standards to international requirements.
